If you purchased a WebBudget XT 3.xxx license:
Uninstall the previous version. Your profiles and glossaries will be preserved.
Install this new release. During installation process you will be given the option to overwrite the default profiles. Simply answer No if you wish to keep your previous files.
If you have installed the build 3.5.0.0 (see Help|About to check it out)
or higher, the license will be automatically detected. If you are still
running a previous build, a new serial number will be generated and the
license status will be Evaluation mode (15 days). In case you are entitled to free updates, please send
us your new serial number to receive your new unlock code.

Enchanced security backup features. Now, in case of system crash, the program attempts to backup all relevant work files, both in their original location and also in the backup folder.

This means that now you can easily work with XML MSOffice documents and
multilingual html/XML pages.
Now, when you open and extract a utf-8 document, it will be automatically detected and presented with readable characters in the Translation panel, according to the fonts/charset selected. Once translated or edited, the content will be transferred back and automatically converted to utf-8 encoding.
Support of Double-byte languages as target languages (only if running Windows 2000/XP).
The option to translate entities is now split into 'Translate entities on extract' and 'Translate entities on transfer'. Character entities supported: character (e.g.: ©), decimal (©) and hexadecimal (©). Splitting the initial option will allow you to fine tune the profiles and work more comfortably, specially with Unicode files and/or Asian Languages.
New option 'Include styles', specially featured to extract potentially translatable content from XML files generated by MSOffice.

Simplified options for HTML export: Complex print settings such as 'table style tags' have been removed. A customized layout is easier to generate using the powerful built-in custom reporting system, based on HTML templates.
